The Nostalgia Race (although it has not been stated) will probably be a .400 pro-tree like last year. A lot of cars with boxes will probably have no time in their box anyway.

Im not negative... just throwing s#*t back that was throwed to me....MUCH MORE DOWN TIME WITH SESSIONS, Racers sitting in the pits waiting to be called, then a mad dash to the lanes and another 10 minutes waiting for everyone to get suited up. All this time nothing going down the track.... that's great for spectators sitting out in the sun. Seriously Bob? Grow up and act your age. Bob, have you ever been to a dragstrip that runs time runs in a session? There's no reason to have any down time, there's enough cars in each class that if you call one class up before the other is finished then one can seamlessly flow right into the other. Just because YOU couldn't figure it out doesn't mean it cant be done. The only reason for down time is in later rounds for cool down when there is no longer enough cars. Open time runs can't fix that. Is anybody else getting private messages from Bob filled with cuss words and hate or should I feel special? Literally all I've told him via PM in the one and only message I sent was to "have a nice day" and boy you all should see the potty mouth remarks coming from this man in the 3 messages he's sent me!

steve what i meant was turning the power off and turning the power back on, as if you disconnect the battery while you are hauling the car to or from the track or simply shutting the motor off

Matt unlike some people i do not need to get the win light to have won, that win light or check is just a lot of icing on the cake!!!! i go to have a good time and relax, maybe make some new friends. hopefully i may have been able to learn how to make the car work a little better as well.

chad, i spent most of last seasons testing chasing what turned out to a pair of problems, that should be fixed for this season. i still tried to rum elims knowing that i would probably lose first round, but in needed the info to try to narrow down the bugs. i believe i got 3 or 4 round wins, and always left in a very good mood. i don't have cubic dollars to spend on a race car and nobody has been willing to give any sponsor bucks to help, so i do the best i can and many times got laughed at behind my back because of the way my car looked or ran. several looked down their nose at the car until they found out it ran in the 6s. fancy paint job and the latest trick wheels do not help a car run 6s.

You will never...ever hear me laugh or be critcal of others people stuff. Fact is...It's WAY more impressive to see an old plain car worth a few K take out a 50K race car. I totally admire the guys who can kick a$$ with less $$. I don't have a huge budget...I peice stuff together and paint cars on the side. The fact we are all in the same place enjoying the same thing is what is important. If I am there and you or any racer needs a part or help...come on over. If I have it, you are welcoem too it. The point I was trying to make is myself, and guys like Gary L, bubba, shutte, hohimer, etc, have been racing teh same car at the same ET's for years. It may seem unfotunate but just making runs isn't what drives us. It's the competiton and the fun razzing afterwards that it great. Bob - I don't know Greg a bit. Wouldn't know him if I stood next to him. All I can say is....it may be a mess...BUT I WILL BASE MY OPINION & DECISION TO STAY @ CID OFF HOW THEY PERFORM. NOT ON YOUR OPINION!!!!
