I agree a box should not be added in the final . But you could add a different switch .LOL You made it all the way without it in the no box . Race the race split the money however . Now somebody might get to race themselves in the final. Or 7 sec runs against 20 sec race I like that . I asked over on FB about the time runs ? The only way a S/Pro racer is going to ask you to split, is if he is BROKE. Ask me how I know ! If you remember correctly I was a pro racer tgat weekend . I had no box for the weekend.

No used to complaining now All that's left is to see how racers respond to such changes at the track via entries new racers coming on board from Other tracks I would look for more s pro guys to come an double enter into pro My car is ready to go just have to see how the other tracks are doing thier points programs and if the mix s oro n pro at the final i am not in favor of that at all and for some even on here will not like that feature

If you raced the bonus race for $400 to win last year and you still get $400 for winning the no box side this year, what's the problem? You just have a shot a winning more cash by running one extra pass.

If you don't want to run a super pro car don't go up for the runoff and you still take home the same amount you did last year! This is a much better deal for ALL involved that wants to race a 2nd class. At least they are giving the option of a 2nd class, last week there wasn't going to be one and now we have one! Not one single other track around is having a 2nd class for the super pro and pro racers, so if you go somewhere else to race your running one 1/8 class and that's it!

This year they are paying 4 spots though. Class winner $1000, class runner up $400, no box runner up $100 and box runner up $100

I'll bet you a cold soda pop you'll be at GMP as much as you can . Those other tracks allow the same buttons .LOL

Class winner $1000, class runner up $400, no box runner up $100 and box runner up $100 That is correct and there is also no buybacks, which will take a round off the race. I will take that payout any day of the week over what they had last year for the pro bonus race, which I never entered because it sucked. Last years payout for most nights for pro bonus race was the below payout and I think they even added buybacks last year too. I know a small check is better than nothing, but this bonus race is supposed to be more like a gamblers race, which is supposed to be heavier at the top. WIN - 325 RU - 150 Semi - 60 1/4 - 10 (Don't think it paid 1/4's at all races, but could be wrong)

I know of one guy from midstate tgat is coming to run pro now because it's 1:8 mile. He would join points but he has two gold cards for a track 5 mins from his house.

Combo race says 750 and slower. That will keep some cars out.

I disagree , at I-57 you can run your super pro car in s/pro and foot break and pro , just pull the box and foot break in foot break and you can leave on the break in pro . This year Accelaquarter dropped foot break and pro and are just calling it no box , you can pull the box and race two classes their. Just my opinion

No way can I run Points As For running anywhere will be tough due to jobs and trying to get body work done on Marks car

Just my opinion Yes you can run two different classes at other tracks, but no other track runs 2 super pro classes and 2 pro classes is where I was going with that. Most guys with dragsters have no other options at other tracks like they do Gateway.
