Great news. We can race two races with one drive time

Why would another race be stupid? Bonus race, box, no box till final. Sounds like great potential for a great bonus race. Can you imagine sitting dialed 8.17 and running a 13.00 second car? Sounds great when I dial 13.01

Wow I personally don't like this at all , so the only way I can run 1/4 mile is the box no box race , and for the same amount of money as a super/pro car and only running for 400 while the s/p guy is running for a grand ,while catering to the s/pro guys that have the lowest turn out of the three classes, yea yea I know it is possible to beat the s/p car but it is a long shot and running 1/8 mile in pro just gives that much more advantage to the really good racer (less time to screw up and give it away. Just my opinion but I think its a real bummer.

Why are you only running for 400? I don't know how that's catering to the super pro cars

Why are you only running for 400? I don't know how that's catering to the super pro cars because the odds are stacked way heavy in the s/pro cars favor , though it is possible for a 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 second car to beat your 8.17 door car or a 7 second pipe rack its not likely , if you think the odds are even your fooling your self.

I do disagree to a point. Leaving second is an advantage. But try sitting that long without second guessing your light. I can tell you for a fact there are a lot of pro guys that have a better avg with their lights than I do.

Wow wonder why gateway had a change of heart? I think it's a great idea. This will be probably be pros best outing at the ET finals in a long time.

How much can a crossover be in a delay box ? This will be interesting for a slower et . A moped verses a dragster .lol

really to tell the truth I don't have a problem running 1/8 mile just paint a 1/8 mile finish line so I can see the finish line ( so I can play the stripe like the bog boys do) and I won't have a complaint other then Gateway is a beautiful pro level 1/4 mile track to just run 1/8 and as far as Indy goes , what was the average entry for pro last year 50 cars , how many ran points less then half ,so the rest of us are just to add to the pay out, with out our opinion taken ? Just saying . This stirring the pot thing is fun !

To make it fair in the final just turn off crosstalk for the runoff.
