Tom was the man! .011 and dead 3 in the final I was .013 and gave up the stripe on accident. We didn't split he was on a mission. $800 for him and $350 for me. It was a 6 rnd race even with no buybacks. I think hugget had a .001 package to will the big Murphy prize pack! That's what you get for not coming to button racing all winter at his shop. Good job to both of you and all of the winners yesterday

The only thing that made a few people un happy was no ladder when we got down to the money . Other than that it was pretty much a normal race.

You have to run the races the same all the time. I can not understand why they don't see how it affects racers coming back to the track They will get the feeling that they are getting hosed by the track and tell everyone it's still screwed up they don't know what they are doing

Sound like a good turnout. If I was gateway I would keep lowering the payouts.

Thanks Jason, for the kind words. We had a fun time. And of course, what a great deal for the $$$ raised to help pay for the service dog. Congrats to all the other Wally winners.
And big thanks to TPI for a deadly consistent race converter. Also Performance Product Dist/Phenix race hose and fittings.

I agree but it didn't seem to hurt the turnout. The Illinois state championship race was one of the smallest car counts of the year. Guess we will see how the next one looks. If it is a good car count I wouldn't expect them to pay out the higher amounts they did earlier this year.
