Wow getting prices on concrete ? What by the bag?lol . A third grader can figure concrete prices in their head. $100 times how many yards you need.

If he needs concrete he should turn his head sideways and pound on it. Don't take a lot when you don't have any place to pour it to start with.

Dave pulled out Along time ago, last I heard they were looking at farmland but hadn't talked to the farmer and had no money to buy it without backers or donations. Getting backers to put up 2 1/2 million with no collateral on a dragstrip in that area isn't going to happen or they would build it without Ronnie. The best way to go would have been like Bonne Terre start small and add on once business shows up.Hard to start a business begging money.

I'm confused , did Ronnie not own M.A.R ? Did he give it away ? If he sold it what happened to the money ?

This project would have a lot better chance of becoming a reality if you By pass Ronnie .Never understood why everyone felt he had the control to make this happen .He actually in the begining with Eolia 1st place to build the track had many of us sheep following ,but with each location change and intitial investors bowing out it became so un trusting to be part of it Wheres all the equipment that he had pics of to start up? The only thing I've seen in person is the old tower set up at his home .

The only thing I've seen in person is the old tower set up at his home . There has be. No less than 3 tracks that been up on a drawing board out in that area for ten years none of which has ever been past the stage of where you see this one Even the Lucas Oul facility in mid mo has never been completed because even he knows that the logistics is not there to finish it All tho it is all but done Bonn Terr is very small track and has its little nitch for the type of racers in that area Some area drag racing is still pretty hot But areas such as here it has it die hard racers but even those are getting older and the younger guys are not coming into this sport

Ronnies partner Steve had family on his moms side that owned the MAR property I believe but Steve had nothing to do with it although he worked in the tower sometimes, we used to go there when we were teenagers.

You must have either the money in hand, credit for that amount or investors lined up to finance the deal. I don't believe he has any of that.
