So do I In order for it to be an earned item it must first be place in the position to be claimed by doing certain requirements Henceforth it was never put out as an option to be won or earned Henceforth it is a gift ! You may want to check your use of the word henceforth as you are not using it correctly. To use it correctly you should be able to replace it with from this time forward. I do believe in the last sentence you should have used the word therefore. If not what you said was From this time forward it was never put out as an option to be won or earned. From this time forward it is a gift. That really doesn't make much sense.
