I don't think you will. A big operation like Gateway, I would think, is going to require a very large slice of the pie and/or guarantee commitment from the promoter. Smaller operation like I-57 has less hands out wanting their fair share ;-) Maybe I'm wrong. BTW I wish Scott and I-57 a very bright future. The only problem Gateway has with a races like these is they have no credibility with the kind of racers that race these kind of races , and 0 promotional capability . As I have said in the past ownership / management of Gateway should contact Luke Bogaki about promoting/partnering a race like these At gateway , I believe the car caps at Benton have been about not having room for larger car counts . Bigger facility - bigger car count - bigger profit . The way ownership / management at I-57 treat the racers is a big part of the success they do have , just my opinion I have introduced two major players in the big bucks bracket world to the current management, to no avail, they not only were not interested they were borderline dismissive. I think it is safe to say they are not interested!

We'll begin accepting entries for the Racing RV's Exclusive 150 at noon (CST) on Tuesday (March 15). Here's how the entry process will work: Benton, IL: The team that brought you the “Biggest Little Door Car Race in the Midwest” is at it again – The Bailey, Newman, and Bogacki families have once again joined forces to present a new event in addition to the popular JEGS Summer Door Car Shootout. The new race: the Racing RV's Exclusive 150, will come to I-57 Dragstrip on May 13-15. The event features a unique format, allowing just 150 pre-entered racers to compete for the largest purse in I-57 Dragstrip history. The Racing RV's Exclusive 150 features winner's purses of $10,000 on Friday and Sunday, in addition to a $20,000-to-win Saturday main event. Payback is excellent, with the huge purse reaching back to 4th round losers in each day's event. In addition, thanks to manufacturer support from Flo-Fast, AirTek, Advanced Product Design (APD) and Renegade Racing Fuels, the Racing RV's Exclusive 150 provides a unique contingency program designed to pay third round losers, essentially extending the already massive payout one round deeper! What's more? Racers who are defeated in the second round of Saturday's APD Main Event will be automatically entered in the Auto Meter 2nd chance race... FOR FREE! The Auto Meter 2nd Chance Race features a $5,000 total purse, with $2500 going to the winner! If you want to be a part of the inaugural Racing RV's Exclusive 150 mark your calendars: the entry process begins Tuesday, March 15, at noon CST. Here's how it will work. At noon on March 15, you can submit your entry form on www.I57Dragstrip.com. Entries will be awarded in the order that they are received; once we reach 150, it's full – no more entries! So, don't delay. Once you've entered online to secure your spot, you'll be directed to a mail-in form. Entrants will have 10 days after submitting the online entry to mail in their entry form with payment (check or credit card). If payment is not received within the 10 day period, the racers spot may be forfeited to the next entrant in line. After entering, you can view the entry list online (also at I57Dragstrip.com) to ensure that your entry was accepted, and see who else is planning to attend the Racing RV's Exclusive 150. A couple quick reminders: There will be NO DOUBLE ENTRIES allowed at the Racing RV's Exclusive 150. No car may go down the track more than once each round, and no driver may go down the track more than once each round. The event will feature 150 different drivers in 150 separate cars. The $650 entry fee is 100% refundable up to April 15 (one month prior to the event). There will be NO REFUNDS after April 15. On April 15, the field is set! There are NO REFUNDS, & NO BREAK PASSES at the event. From April 15 through the event, entries are 100% transferable. So, if you're entered and you break your car, or cannot attend for any reason you may sell your entry to a friend or fellow racer (just let race officials know who's using it). Entries are 100% transferable, up to the completion of round 1 of each day's event.
