I sold my car because the way CID has been managed the last 3 or 4 years. Their attitude is if you don't like it race someplace else. I know quite a few that are not happy with what Jeff has done. They'll bitch but keep on going and spending their money there, not me. Frank spent a lot of money improving the track, and that part is great, but they better figure what the racers want before it's too late.

Yeah I have decided not to go back there myself I will make the drive to run NHRA for points to go to Indy. I don't think management even wants to be there or work cause they get paid no matter what. So they need to get new management that nows about racing and how to talk to the racers because this management is not a people person. Just spend some time with your racers and not just the 4 or 5 select few they use to make decisions.

Frank knows what's going on at CID, his response is Jeff is the manager.

What us going on there other than a lack of raving so far? I try to get up there a few times a year and would like to know the scoop.

You really don't know what you're talking about, do you? How many times you been there in the last 3 or 4 years?
ALL Motorized Pit Vehicles (Scooters, Sprees, Golf Carts, 4-Wheelers, etc.) must be registered at the Racetrack in order to be operated at the track. The cost is $10, a registration form must be completed to keep on file at the track, and a sticker will be issued to affix to the pit vehicle. This Pit Vehicle Registration is not optional. No such vehicle is to be operated in the restricted area of the pits, EVER! This will be strictly enforced!!
NO Crew may be forward of cars during burnout, crew member must remain outside of track wall until vehicle comes to a stop.
Racers who wish to run Test and Tune when out of competition may at the discretion of race official, for a fee of $10 per run.
Curfew-Curfew will start 1 hour after the conclusion of racing. There will be no loud noise such as engines or[ parties ]and all motorized pit traffic on CID property shall cease.
Here are just a few of the bullshit rules they have come up with for 2015. So if you like to party after racing watch your ass, cause they will ban you!!

better add to those a $10 fee to pitch a tent or sleep over night in your trailer, with no supplied water or power for even a fan.
Call Jeff two weeks ago to see if they were going to have t n t with the rain on the way, his response was" the rain is stopping at the river so we will be able to run", it started pouring on the west side of Springfield, and poured all the way up there and the place was a swamp. He could have at least called and said it had started raining and they had cancelled, but he did not.

Jeff can't control the weather and I don't need to ask someone if I should go racing or stay home sounds like your blaming Jeff for your bad call

Yeah the hour curfew is bs but see know since they start at 11 instead of 1 they really won't have to worry about it because people won't stay when your done racing early u can just go home and drink and sleep. Which the time change was only asked to 4 or 5 people not everyone that races there so them people must be really important I bet they lost more than 5 racers by doing that
