How do I go about getting a number so that I dont have to scribble one on each week? Do I just make a number up or do I need to do something to get a numer ?
Its just an 11.6 second car

I've been using same number now 2 years Now if I join NHRA they will issue you a permanent number. Or you can use the niumber they give yiu all year. Or see if there is a number you'd like. Check with the track , see if that's a good number for this track Going to another track tho May,, or. may not be good number?

if you plan to make it the division finals in Indy you'll need an nhra et number. you won't need the license until you run 9.999 and faster.

You can give yourself a number and put it on the tech card to match your car. they wont care. if you want an nhra number you'll have to join. usually they will assign you a number. if you have a request you can ask but there's no guarantee.

Crap... thanks for the direction. I kinda thought I could just make up a number and be done with it. A little too late, I already sent my money into NHRA. It was a frustrating day of paying bills. the wife competes in various horses shows around the midwest. What a racket that is. Her first show is this week end In Springfield IL Each horse needs to be double registered with the USDF and USEF as well as the rider or you can't compete. lots of paperwork to enter a competition. Its like $300 bucks to enter a horse in a show for the chance to win a blue or red ribbon. No chance of winning any money. torture Here's why I dont have a nicer car: www.biggsmountain.com It's all about the wife! Good think she doesn't know about Crossbones. See ya at the races!

My son just bought his first horse. Being and NHRA member doesn't get you a competition number. That costs extra.

Same car.I was there Sat. I ran Top Eliminator. If you drove straight East from the ET shack, you would've ran into my car. My dad pits in the end spot by the souvenir trailer, my brother in the 2nd and I'm in the third.
Horses can be expensive but he could be into worse things, like racing, lol.
My wife wanted to buy a horse last year until she spoke to some owners. Our neighbors have several. We'll walk over and feed them when the weather is nice. Maybe we'll get one in the future when we have the room for one. For now, I'll stick to raising chickens.
