Hello, My name is Bob. I'm out of St. Louis and run something a little different than most. It's an aircooled, turboed 4 cylinder that has put me down the track at 12.97@107 so far. I am still working on it and with gears and more seat time should be in high 11's. I am just getting back into this from back in the 70's when I had a 70 GTX at Gateway a few times. Been lurking for a while now so I figure I should take time and register. Attachments:

Thanks guys, I have to get a transmission with close ratio gears and a spool before I will hit the track again. It sucks to heat up one slick and try to launch without blowing out the spider gears. "Already been through that!" I have to fabricate new mounts because a race prepped transaxle will have a different dimention. Hopefully, I can get this done by about the end of April.

Hello, My name is Tom. I own a '32 Bantam altered with a 565 and run a Ron's Terminator on alky. My son usually drives the car but because of a new family Dad is going to try and lic. ( instead of just footing the bills ) and try his hand. The down side is that I need to fit the car with a hand brake since I only have 1 good leg. We'll see how that goes. I also am in the process ( although not as fast as I would like ) of building a '64 Falcon A/FX clone of the Iowa Shaker and promising my wife to finish her '51 Chevy p/u. Way to many projects and not enough time or money. I've been watching this site and decided to jump in. Thanks Guys
