Can you explain the entry fees? The flyer makes no since at all, and there are fees on top of the entries too correct?

The way it was explained to me is $150 per entry and if you buy both days you save $50 so $250 for Saturday and Sunday, $500 if you double both days not counting the shootout races . There is I guess a $15 one time app fee . I know people don’t like the temperay new rules . Me either. Hope we all try are best . It’s not gateways fault they are a business that happens to be in southern Illinois.

Do they really think this will be successful? So how many out of town racers were able to get this special ETI / RTI inspection? So what if they show up without the inspection? Are they turned away? Don’t know about everyone else, but I’m working too many hour to make a special appointment for an inspection on two cars and I don’t have a printer to print off their form either since I working from home. I get that they have their hands tied on much of the asks here, But if it’s going to be this difficult, I’m not going to be there and I’ll be surprised if many others are, given that they threw this together with just over a week to go.

It’s not gateways fault they are a business that happens to be in southern Illinois. If he wants anyone to be there, he needs to fix the flyer. It says nothing like you just worded above and they will miss out on several cars, because they did not explain all the details. Its one thing that it costs a lot of money to race for not much of a purse, but if people get there and end up spending a bunch more, that will give the track a bigger black eye than the bad payout! And buybacks in a shootout race is pretty funny! They always like to put their own twist to something good! I want to support them, but the bottom line is, if I don't know what it will cost to race, I'm for sure not going.

Tech will be taken care of there . If you like sand and driving down dangerous two lane roads in the middle of nowhere with slow cars And no shutdown and unlimited bye runs and adjusting infrareds after first round by people who have know idea what bracket racing works then go .

It’s like complaining about putting on nice jeans and having to tip people at a nice restaurant, but McDonald’s you don’t have do these things. Just be patient guys I know it’s not ideal but this is 2020 in Illinois

I guess I’ll have to be patient until they get their s**t together and I can find time to get my s**t together. By patient, I mean race someplace else. I’m working too many hours to jump through all their hoops right now.
But hear is my prediction: This race will not be well attended since it was thrown on the schedule this week. The published information about the race is inaccurate. The rent a cops will be all over you any time you leave your pit. Afterwards they will tell you bigger payout races are just a loser for WWT.

The new email says no $50 break for second entry. $150 per entry So they don't want people to double enter then. $100 for #1 and $150 for #2 each day?

So could I just buy a Saturday 1 entry for $100 then do a separate Sunday 1 entry for $100 and save $50. Even if we would have to pay the stupid pitpay app $15 fee twice it would still be cheaper

Looking at they way its posted now is $100 entry + $50 restricted pitpay fee total $150 for a single entry. Why do we need a $50 pitpay fee of 50% of the entry
