Bader gave his State of The Union address this week and stated that they will be opening for racing and opening soon! Supposed to give an official date next week. If he goes through with this, others will start to follow!

This will be interesting to see if or what officials do ,don’t do The State will shut them down. Very well possible, but sounds like they are going to need to bring in the forces to do it! If you listen to his address he gave on Facebook, he makes a lot of good points about being a business that was forced to shutdown, getting no financial help, and going down a road that could ruin his families business that they spent decades building if they don't get money coming in very soon.

Man that sucks . Make people not want to ever start a personal business ever again from this day forward. That’s probably what they want

Ohio's Governor is talking about slowly opening the state May 1st. I think he will be ok

I'm not judging Mr Bader one way or another. I will say he has successfully taken on the state/county over things in the past. (lighting, use permit, etc) I'm pretty sure he's done his homework. to say the least, he's created some pr for his facility, good or bad press you know the drill

I would be willing to bet most of the track operators from all the big facilities have been in contact on a regular basis with one another working on plans and details. The letter Chris Blair put out yesterday, will probably be very similar and several other facilities. I'm trying to keep myself from getting too excited, but it sounds like we are going racing soon!

It could have changed since he did his interview, but that was Bader's biggest issue, that he had not received a dime from the government and that's why he needed to open the gates.
