What's everyone's take on this Semi finals w a buy run Buy run uses different vehicle than teched in race entered in Points race also I read in the rules that you CANNOT switch vehicles in eliminations But it happened last night 1 not fair to racers trailing in points 2 points for said racers should NOT be awarded due to infraction

But remember one thing. Bike are notorious for switching riders in eleminations

This wasn't the case same rider just using a different bike on buy run only then switched back to teched entry for final if he wanted a test pass on 2nd bike do it separate of race NOT during eliminations He asked last 2 racers if it was ok to do BUT it's not there place to say it's ok Not asking any of the other POINTS racers But hey it not anyone's right to change the rules during a race not even the track management Keep in mind a racer was 2 points behind him, after Saturday 44 points behind but done w infraction If your gonna run for points do it fair to all follow the rules And I think if you sign up for point chase to receive the gold card you MUST compete at div3 finals, just like if you win div3 and go to cali you get extra funds ONLY IF you go to cali Sunday no waves or hi,fist bumps etc but Sorry if I've stepped on so called friends feet but rules are rules and the truth hurts

Rules are rules. Very odd that you would want to make a test hit on another vehicle in the middle of a points race. I could see a car that won’t move on it’s own and someone trying something sneaky. But a bike can stage with not running correct ?

Bike has to be running Had one last month at Indy bike couldn't get in gear to do burn out tried couple times as he was gonna make a hit but he just left it running and while on bike walked it in to stage and took the tree "Legal "

Chris, if you had an issue with what Charles did you should have come to him like a man instead of working up a Phil to go to the tower and complain. Charles meant nothing malicious by it, he wanted to test his new bike he new what his competition bike would run. You nor Phil were in the race and it was a Bye run for gods sake, he could have just take the tree .....
And what do we have to be butt hurt about? That makes no sense. As for not saying anything to you. Sorry we aren’t fake, if we don’t like you we won’t say anything to you so maybe it’s you that is butt hurt?
Next time come to us if you have something to say instead of posting on social media and some forum.
Oh and as far as tech the next day, you and Phil caused that because of your bitching and complaining not us! Why don’t you ask them, they would be happy to tell you what caused that, that was YOU!

This obviously was no advantage to the rider in question so why do you think he deserves to have points taken away? Seems like someone is butt hurt but maybe not the guy you're thinking of...
I'd probably ask the guy not to do that again but does it really have any bearing on the points? Why try to win on a technicality?

My only input would be was the vehicle teched at all?. If not it should not been allowed! Many a race has happened that racers car broke, another car was used, so long as car was already teched for that day. Anything other is not supposed to be allowed , bye run or not

I doubt this would have been allowed if it was a car, so probably shouldn't be allowed for bikes either. You can't allow one class, or one person, to do something and not the others. Just my opinion. Unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done about it now.
