Probably the most grueling race in history? I won first round at 8pm and went to hotel and forfeit second round just to sleep for today’s 50k . 700 entries and they decide to have buy backs and the bbs race each other in a **** off round.

Yeah, that's got to be tough! I seem to have a hard time getting re focused in those marathon races, but I have never entered an event that had 711 entries in one class either, that's rough. I was very surprised when I turned on the live feed to watch that they were having buybacks. Honestly, with that many entries you just have to go right into 1st round with no time runs and no buybacks if you want to complete the race the same day. The last several years that is how Folk has did the races that surround the million. Hang in there buddy and we will be rooting you on the rest of the weekend.

Jeremy Mckauge no surprise in the door car final. An amazing 11 round race he lost at 5 cars 9th round. These races are right up his ally

I like that they didn’t change and eliminate anything. The quote I read from them was we are going to stick with what we posted on our fliers. Staying the course gives them credibility unlike other events that are subject to change. I’m sure they have learned lessons and will change the next events accordingly. But they did what they said they would do. I’m impressed.

They did say that. However they also eliminated the rebuy on the first day. So they mostly stick to it. Don’t get me wrong it was the correct move

I can see why some racers prefer to run the big Fling races that Biondo and Siepel put on, as they limit the entries to 385 cars, so that it can still be a good time for the racers. Their 500k race in September sold out in under 5 minutes.

Yes I can see a cap being nice. But also this was like the poor mans big race because the entry’s were affordable. So you have to sacrifice sleep and time for the low price

Has there been any info released yet on how they are going to do the million race? Payout, entry fee, and amount of entries.

Has there been any info released yet on how they are going to do the million race? Payout, entry fee, and amount of entries. Nothing yet I heard Jan 1 is entry date. I will sell my spot . The pits are not good for dragster front ends way to many speed bumps. Plus if it would have rained any the only winner would be the guy pulling rigs out for $350 a pop . One way in and one way out right by the lanes. No hotel within 23 miles. No stagelock . Come on Kyle spend alittle more money for a good track in the Midwest
