How many cars usually entered and how much does it pay and is it possible to double enter both or just not enough time b/w rounds? Usually 8-12 cars both classes. Not enough time between rounds. From Gateway website. Two Full-Bodied 1/8 Mile Index Classes: Another option for full-bodied, door car racers. 6.0 and 7.0 Index, .400 Pro Tree. That is all the rules to it. Qualified closest to Index, pro ladder. $500 to win. $250 to runner-up. Minimum of 9 cars for full payout, semi’s paid with more than 12 cars. Dragster 5.70 1/8th Mile Index Class: Another option for dragsters and altereds. Center Steer ONLY. 5.70 Index (NHRA Super Comp Equivalent) Qualified closest to Index, pro ladder. $500 to win. $250 to runner-up. Minimum of 9 cars for full payout, semi’s paid with more than 12 cars.
