A big congrats goes out to a few this weekend , Angelo for his king of track and championship, but Dennis Pearson almost pulled it off and made belosi nervous 😬! Tignor and jessi squared off in a winner take all for the pro title. And in sportsman I was pulling for Steve Z he beat both lipkas but ultimately it was new comer Brad who won the title. And congrats to all the weekend winners as well

Door cars dominate points like in the 1990s top 5 in SP had doors and probably should have been top 7 or so but Kevin and Jeremy took the Ricky bobby option. Is the tide turning to door cars or is some of it true start? Or are these guys just flat out better than the long car drivers ?

4 races on a holiday weekend just will never work for me and my family. It kills me I missed Fridays 6.0 race. I'm technically still in first place after drops. I can't miss another one.

That’s true . You and Scott cook and defending champ mike would be right up there . But like in years past so would have Dan Phelps or joe kutcha but they didn’t enter points either for whatever reason. I’m just trying to make conversation and like Tim said it takes nothing away from the 2018 champs or any year for that matter.

1/8th mile has made door cars more competitive. Also many dragster guys are now driving door cars to have the two class option. I have a slow door car and was only involved in one race this year that true start changed the outcome on and it actually hurt me.
