Giant loss if Gateway doesn't get in on it.

That track will be fine for this race. I was just there 2 years ago and its a nice big facility. they just had a bracket race there 2 weeks ago that had over 400 cars.

They have 60 acres vs gateways 350 . 400 cars and 400 cars comfortable is a big difference.

People who have been recently to the million in Montgomery didn’t like it because it’s 10lbs of stuff in a 5lb bag. My idea of a decent weekend of racing is not parking my trailer at 7-11 and driving my car in the track to pit out of a strangers trailer all weekend because the track is to small so the promoter could make money. Indy, gateway, rt66 are in the middle of the country and can support 650 cars and that’s what he needs to make a good profit

I can't remember what they changed to price to but ADRL said no way

These guys putting on this race are making more money promoting big bracket races than anyone ever has and all their races have been a huge success, if they chose Martin over Gateway, it was because they believed they could make more money having it there. Gateway may have all that acreage, but I don't believe their pits hold as many cars as a lot of tracks I have been too without using the entire return road, but that entire area is not supported at most races where you can hear anything. Heck its hard to hear anything at Gateway in the main pit area. Gateway is just too expensive for these promoters that want to make money on their race.

Just got back from Martin Michigan. Gateway need to send someone there and see how it's done. The largest Super Chevy Show I've ever been to. Nostalgia funny cars, (Fuel and alcohol) my favorite Nostalgia pro stocks, Jet cars and Larry Dixon and his 2 seater top fuel car. One rich guy paid 10,000 for an 1/8 mile pass. Temps were at dew point at 11:00pm and 4.70-5.20 super pro cars were going dead on both lanes and you could not see in back windows due to the fog. The biggest part was the stands were packed and walking in the pits all day long. They can handle this race

The southern boys won’t haul that far . Heck Benton can handle 200 cars but parking so close you can’t get your slide out is not fun for a Guy pulling 90’ of stacker and motorhome Condominium that the normal big buck racer has

I’m getting alittle scared so I think I’m going to see if I can just do the $250 deposit instead of the $1100
