Gotta give the CID team some real props. The track looked and hooked great all weekend. Jeff (new manager) and his team have been working hard and it showed. Program ran great and I never heard a single complaint.
For anyone considering coming up..you'll be pleased.
Great job guys!!

I was up there for the drivers meeting a few weeks ago. The track looked as smooth as glass. I talked with a guy that ran there yesterday, said his car worked great. Seen a pic of the mustang dragging the rear bumper. CONGRATS CID !! At least Frank isn't apposed to spending the money to make it a GREAT track. Can't wait to get out, to see what the bird will do.

This is the biggest jump in track quality since Gebhardt's took it over from Boyd way back. It went down hill for a while and now it's leaped way back. I don't think Jeff ever stopped working this weekend. As for the track...it was slick, smooth and literally hard to walk on due to stick on Sat. My wife was T&T'n so I'd go up and talk to Mitch at the line to kill time. Best I have ever seen. No bald spots or peeling like before. They also black topped a new return road area at the end for real fast cars. I'm pretty stoked...
