have a problem with transbrake not holding,wont work at idle but bring it to 2000 and it works,do i have a pressure problem

most transbrake units operate in the 200 psi range. if it is lower than that between 1000 - 2000 but ok above there is likely wear or a leak. what type unit? and valve body?

No -name brand , is just that, cheap, maybe it will do the job , maybe it wont? Tranzact, brand brake is one of the best out there. But I'm not a 'brake' guy anyway! AS for being ripped off, the issue you have may not be the 'brakes' fault ?
