I have to say the weekend was pretty successful. I hate to say it but Dusty was the star of the show on Sunday, nice work my friend! He brought home some cash.
For a 7 month hiatis of being on a bike I would have to say I didn't do too bad. Of course as soon as I red lit with three bikes left a "Help Wanted" sign went up on Marks trailer but hey I understand. I guess I will need to loose 30 lbs before Mark will allow me on the "Punisher" again ;-)
I had a great time this weekend with the "Wolf Pack", very entertaining!
I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Mark and Bud's Service Center for allowing me to join the "Team" for the weekend; speaking of Team the "A-Team" van was up at Byron this weekend.
Thanks again to everyone that went, I had a blast!

I had a great time also, just wish I'd done better Thanks to Mark & Buds Service Center for picking up a portion of my expense's and thanks to Janie and Dusty for going too, and sharing the fuel and room cost's. I couldnt have made the trip on my own. Janie, my guess is that the pilot seat on the Punisher will open for you anytime you want it! Good job Dusty, for getting in the money rounds! You saved our team from being completly shut out.

The trip was great. I had a good time and was glad we all could go as a group. The racing was very competitive and our crew did very well(including Denny ). Yes the weekend was entertaining and no Janie doesn't need to lose any weight. Although I did have a surprise weigh in for the bikes and riders at the track, very interesting result. Also the Help Wanted sign didn't go up............yet. I would gladly return there for another 2 wheel speed event. I just hope it's not 1400 degrees with a 1000 % humidity next time, and yes those are accurate weather #'s from my weather station. We learned a lot of things about each other this weekend, 4 hours together in a truck(one way) will do that. Mostly that Dusty records about 261 pieces of info from each run and uses very sophisticated computer software to determine dial ins ( that's why he went more rounds than any of us) and that every one had about as much of me as they could handle for a while, a LONG while. Overall I call it a success. All of the equipment came home in one piece and one of the team members came home with a little extra cash. Not bad.
