I rode my FZ1 to work and back yesterday. 30 miles each way, kinda chilly in the morning, but only slightly chilly on the way home. Very low gearing, and an open header makes a nice sound. I live in a small town, population 456, so I probably woke up half of them as I was leaving my house. Out on the road equals 6500 rpm @ 70 mph. Rock on!

I'm looking for an oil leak on my VTX. I cleaned up where it had been dripping and took it out for a spin a couple of nights ago. I let johnboy ride it. It came back in one piece. I should get the leak fixed and sell it. I hardly ride it anymore. But it's paid for. It doesn't cost me anything sitting in the shop. It's there if I want to ride.
Not a whole lot of days left to ride to work. Take advantage of it while you can.

Definitly, I`m gonna ride when I can, probably going to KCIR again this saturday just to make 6 more time runs. In the past, I`ve sold a bike that I didnt ride much, only to start missing it, and had to buy another.

I myself am a Harley owner. Notice I said Harley owner and not Harley rider. Please do not confuse the two. I could not stand the thought of a bug hitting that chrome. Having a H-D is merely an exercise in spending money. Everyone knows that Harley's are for looking at, not riding. ;D Seriously though I wish I made more time to saddle up.

Ride Report............. I rode 2 of my 3 bikes around the block today. Installed gas stabilizer and covered them in the garage. This was a big ride day for me. Now I have all winter to clean them up. How about you Denny are you still riding?

Not really, just up and down the street last weekend before and after trailering to kansas city for test n tune. I still might ride it to work again someday if the weather is decent. I`m going to give it a face lift and paint job over the winter.

I didn't want to take a chance on something happening so I elected not to ride it. When I came back from my ride the busa was on its side in the garage and Casey was standing there with a cruel look on her face. Not really. It currently has no exhaust pipe or muffler. They are in the process of being shined up.
