Back in early March I bought Todd Hanson's Honda spree. Its a 1986 model that they had bought New. It had 218 miles on it when I got it from him. I just put back in the garage tonight after a little ride and noticed it now has 401 miles on it. Hanson put 218 miles on it in 24 years, and I've put 183 miles on it in under 3 months. I'll blame that on Savannah, shes always saying "hey Dad, lets take the scooter for a ride." We also put about 90 miles on Brian Gardners scooter a few weeks ago when I had it here working on it. (had to test drive it, didnt I?)

400 miles is a long way on a scooter. Isn't that about what you've put on it so far?

It's official: Denny puts more miles on his scooter than I put on all 3 of my bikes combined. I guess this is why I tell people that I'm a Harley owner, not a Harley rider. But, hey, at least I ride more than Dusty.

How many miles have you put on your bike in that same time?
It's funny if you add two zeros to the end of your scooters milage that is almost exactly how many mikes my bike has.

I've only put 120 miles on my motorcycle so far this year, and 520 on the scooter. Thats crazy! ;D When I rode Dusty's R1 this spring at gateway, I think it had well over 70,000 miles on it, so I dont beleive Mark when he says he rides more than Dusty!

I got the 1800 out of storage yesterday. I rode it all the way out to the country club and back. Wow, what a ride. I bet I put a total of 4 miles on it.

Give that thing to me for a week and I'll put some miles on it for ya! Savannah and I will take it out on the county roads everyday looking for turtles, and stopping at the creeks picking up cool rocks. Your bike has bags on it doesnt it? How many turtles will they hold? ;D My scooter has 834 miles on it now We put nearly 100 on it from saturday morning till tonight
