I don't know if he is on here or not but still want to share a story of good sportsmanship.
I want to give recognition where it is due. I was on the receiving end of some good sportsmanship from DAN SMITH this past sat. In the 1/4 finals I pulled up into the lanes and jumped out of the car to use the bathroom. I must have bumped my primer system switchs when I got out because when I got back I noticed it was on. This filled the engine with gasoline and the engine would not crank over. I was already paired with Dan and when I realized I couldn't chance trying to start the engine without risk of major damage I told him I was broke and to go ahead without me. He was as surprised as me about the situation and asked what was wrong. I told him what had happened. He said lets just go last and in the meantime you guys try to fix it. We scrambled to pull half the plugs out and got lucky that they were the right ones as a bunch of fuel poored out which was enough to free up the engine. We proceeded to race and determine the winner on the track. Thanks for the great sportsmanship Dan!! We really appreciate it and will gladly do the same for you or anyone else should a situation arrise in the future.
And also thanks to Kevin Corzine and Gateway Motorsports Park drag crew for letting me fix it in the lanes. They could have easily just told Dan to go ahead without me but they didn't since Dan was ok with waiting a few extra minutes. We really appreciate GMP's crew being fair and understanding at the same time.

Great story . Dan is a class act. Also glad no damage was done to your engine. Great job on making it to the final!
